Abstract: THE IMPACT OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICIES ON ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS

This research aims to assess the impact of quality management policies on organizational success. Objectives include identifying key quality management policies, evaluating their effectiveness, and examining their role in improving operational efficiency. A survey design is selected for its ability to collect extensive data from various industries. The sample size, calculated using Taro Yamane's formula, includes 350 respondents, ensuring statistical significance. The study focuses on the manufacturing sector in Lagos, known for its emphasis on quality standards. The reliability coefficient score for the survey instrument is 0.87, indicating high reliability. Findings show that robust quality management policies significantly enhance organizational success by improving operational efficiency and product quality. The study recommends that organizations should continually refine their quality management systems to achieve sustainable success.
